If you do go to buy it, Capture One Pro is available in both subscription and perpetual licences available, in versions for all cameras, Fuji specific or Sony specific. If you don’t already have Capture One, you can download a 30 day trial now from the company’s website. So there’s only a few things here right now, but if you know of any good resources, please let me know in the comments below, so I can grow this, and I will turn it from a blog post into a full easily accessible page. So, I’m not saying avoid these completely, just to be careful. They do offer good advice too, but they’re not particularly well moderated, and while you can find some good information here, there’s a lot of misinformation here too. People ask a question about something, and then a Buch of responders either use it as a way to bash capture one, or attack the user for being stupid or something similar. There are a few Capture One facebook groups, and I monitor a few of these, but some of them can be quite toxic. You do need to subscribe but I'm pretty sure there's a trial available. I have no affiliation with this by the way, I just think its really good and worth it. In particular, he explains the organisation and library side very well, which is something I know a lot of readers struggle with.
